How quickly you will hear back
Usually within about a week, and often sooner. This is a side project, so replies can take longer during exams or travel. Privacy and deletion requests are answered first.
What to put in a bug report
Say which game it was, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and roughly when and on which device. Please do not send a room code. A room code is an access password to a table, and it is never needed to find a problem. Do not send a password either.
Before you write
The rules of every game are on its own page, listed from the home page. What the site stores and which services it uses is in the privacy policy, and the ground rules for using it are in the terms. About explains who runs the site, and the press kit has facts and artwork for editors and creators.
