- Vote kick in every game: when a player stops responding, the others can vote them out (two votes at three or four players, more at bigger tables).
- Who’s the Spy: your word, or “You are the spy”, now stays on screen for the whole round.
- Property Rush: a full-width board on phones, and Earnings Tax is now 10% of everything you own.
- Your profile shows your real games played and won.
- Every lobby has a How to play button and a Share invite link button.
- New sounds for buying, drawing a card and winning, and one mute switch that silences everything.
- Draw and Guess keeps your guesses when the connection drops, and sends them again when it returns.
- A host on a slow connection no longer gets stuck in the lobby when the game starts.
- The trivia topic pages now show sample questions from the rebuilt question bank.
- Trivia Tavern rebuilt: nearly 4,000 checked questions across 38 topics, a fairer deal of questions, new scoring, and a richer answer reveal.
- Every guide and comparison page now says who wrote it and when it last changed.
- Comparison pages corrected where they described other games inaccurately.
- The guide pages have their own navigation bar and read properly on a phone.
- New game: Draw and Guess, for 2–12 players. One person draws a secret word while everyone else types guesses.
- Drawings arrive live, stroke by stroke, and phones get a shapes button for quick circles and lines.
- An About page saying who runs Boardit and how it pays for itself.
- A table open in a browser tab now recovers by itself when the site is updated, and browser translation no longer breaks it.
- Every game page has a button that opens a room for that game.
- Guests can now log in or sign up without being sent back to the games page.
- Ludo: bringing a piece home earns another throw.
- A new Trivia room starts with every topic selected.
- Rooms no longer bounce when you scroll on an iPhone, and all five lobbies share one layout.
- Who’s the Spy: 25 seconds for each clue, a clue may be a short phrase, and a round ends when the table votes rather than on a clock.
